2021 LENTE RACKETMOVE 1e - 6e leerjaar

In deze lessenreeksen leggen we de basis voor verschillende racket- en terugslagsporten: kidstennis, pingpong, badminton, voorbereiding padel en beachtennis zijn maar een greep uit het aanbod.

Het verder stimuleren van oog-handcoördinatie en ruimtelijk inzicht ligt aan de basis van deze lessenreeks. Zenden en ontvangen van ballen en pluimpjes, boven en onderhands werpen, mikken naar doelen, darts,… op een FUN manier. Spel- en wedstrijdvormen komen hier natuurlijk ook aan te pas!

Dit wordt aangeboden in kleine groepjes met meerdere trainers (4 tot 6 kinderen per trainer).
